Terms and Conditions of Business
By booking with A120 Mobile Tyres Ltd, you enter a binding contract governed by the laws of England and Wales. These terms cover all mobile fitting services throughout Essex and London, ensuring transparency regarding our mutual obligations.
Scope and Bookings
We provide mobile tyre fitting and emergency repairs. Quotes include VAT and standard fitting. While we strive for punctuality, arrival times are estimates. We reserve the right to refuse service if the work differs from the booking or if site safety is compromised.
Pricing and Payments
Payment is due immediately upon completion via card or cash. Emergency call-out fees apply for urgent or out-of-hours requests. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may incur a non-refundable charge to cover wasted travel and labour. Please note that between the hours of 6pm and 07:30am, payment must be made in full before a technician is dispatched.
Customer Obligations
You must provide a safe, flat area for work with valid parking and key access. It is your duty to provide correct tyre sizes and locking wheel nut keys. We cannot be held responsible for existing wheel damage or issues arising from faulty TPMS sensor valves.
Liability and Warranty
New tyres carry a manufacturer warranty against defects. A120 Mobile Tyres Ltd is not liable for indirect losses, engine damage, or mechanical failure unrelated to our work. Our total liability is strictly capped at the invoice value of the specific job.
