Booking Guidelines
- At A120 Mobile Tyres Ltd, free cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your booking. Late notices between 12-24 hours incur a 50% call-out fee, while no-shows or cancellations under 12 hours require full call-out payment. If we must cancel due to weather or breakdowns, we will reschedule or refund you immediately. Please call us to modify bookings. Note that our policy terms are subject to periodic updates.
To avoid service fees, please ensure your vehicle is accessible and you are present at the agreed location. We reserve the right to decline future service to clients with recurring missed appointments or site issues.
